Terms of service

frontrun.auction publishes a ranked list of links. Position on that list is determined solely by the total amount paid for it, highest first. Nothing on the list is an endorsement, a recommendation, a review, or any statement by us about the thing being listed. A high position means money was paid. It means nothing else.

We are not a marketplace, an escrow, a broker, or a financial service. We sell placement on a web page.

All payments are final. There are no refunds, cancellations or reversals under any circumstances. This includes, without limitation: being outbid; changing your mind; a listing being removed under these terms; dissatisfaction with the traffic received; paying the wrong amount; or paying for the wrong listing.

Payments in USDC settle on a public blockchain and cannot be reversed by us or by anyone else once confirmed. Do not pay more than you are willing to lose.

Where a payment is made by card and is later reversed or charged back, the corresponding amount is deducted from the listing total and the listing loses the position that amount bought.

Listings are ordered by total amount paid, descending. Equal totals are separated by whichever listing reached that total first. Paying again adds to an existing total. The minimum payment is $5, in whole units.

We do not guarantee any position, any duration at a position, any amount of traffic, any number of clicks, or any commercial outcome. Any figure shown on the site describes what has already happened and is not a forecast.

You may not submit, and we may remove, any listing that in our sole judgement:

• impersonates another person, project, product or brand, or uses a domain intended to be mistaken for one
• phishes, harvests credentials or seed phrases, or leads to software that drains wallets or installs malware
• promotes fraud, a Ponzi or pyramid scheme, a fake airdrop, or any offering you know or should know to be deceptive
• infringes a trademark, copyright or other right belonging to somebody else
• contains or links to content that is illegal in Portugal or the European Union, sexual content involving minors, or content inciting violence or hatred
• you are not authorised to submit on behalf of the site or account it names
• is subject to sanctions, or is submitted by a person or entity subject to sanctions

You are responsible for what you list, including where the link leads after you submit it.

We may remove any listing at any time, with or without notice, where we consider it to breach these terms. This is at our sole discretion.

Removal does not come with a refund. The amount paid is not returned, in whole or in part. A removed listing does not free its domain or handle for re-listing, and paying again will not restore it.

If you believe a listing infringes your rights or breaches these terms, write to team@frontrun.auction with the listing and the reason.

A listing is controlled by the wallet that created it. Anyone may add to a listing’s total; only the controlling wallet may change its text or category. We cannot recover, transfer or reassign control of a listing if you lose access to that wallet, and we will not do so on request.

You are responsible for the security of your own wallet, keys and devices.

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, that rankings will display correctly at any given moment, or that any payment will be processed within any particular time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost traffic, lost business or indirect losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where you deal with us as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

We may change these terms. The version published here at the time you pay is the version that governs that payment. Material changes are reflected in the date at the top of this page.

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the operator is established, and by any mandatory law of your own country that applies to you regardless. Where you deal with us as a consumer, you keep the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence, and nothing here removes a protection your local law gives you.
